A wealthy publisher, BJ Cunis, producer of a big bust magazine called
HUMUNGOUS!, finds he needs some new models to revive his magazine's
flagging fortunes in the face of the constant increase in the number
of implanted models appearing in rival publications.

With his editor and her assistant, Maggie, he launches a plan to find
new, truly large-breasted girls on a career in modelling exclusively
for HUMUNGOUS! The ambitious plan even allows for teenage girls to
sign up with HUMUNGOUS! and be supplied with free clothing and bras
until they are old enough to appear. At the end of their contract,
when the girls reach 21, they can even have a reduction operation, if
they wish.

Maggie discovers some amazingly large girls, but things go awry when a
rival magazine steals one of them, and unscrupulously publishes a
layout of her while she is still under age.
