A little bit backgrounds for land of Aquarie

Please read this introduction before read my stories of Aquarie. That helps
you better understand different situations of stories.

Aquarie, water world

Aquarie was a little mainland at planet with same name. There was no risk for
misunderstanding, because there was only one mainland and hundreds of little
islands around it. Actually Aquarie itself was more like a big island too.
Aquarie was strange mixture of ancient culture and modern technology with a
flavor of The Middle Ages jobs and places. Health care was extremely advanced.
It utilize as well old potions as modern medicines and equipments.

Perfect democratic

Aquarie was a (perfect?) democratic. So, all people, men and women, of Aquarie
has right to vote, be involved in all decision making and so on. There wasn't
president or king but Council which included 12 people. How ever, there was
slavery. Every people must to be a slave awhile. Usually very short time,
couple of months or so. Most of the public slaves was a young men and personal
slaves or 'assistants' young women. Slavery was also one kind of punishing.
Another way for punishment was a hard labour. That means usually working on
mines or some other hard or unwanted jobs. That wasn't usual punishment,
because it was use only for a really hard crimes. Aquarie has only a little of
crimes. That was a one reason there was no actual prison.

For small crimes and between two people there was a special 'Ring of truth'.
That means, if two people had argument together, they go in the 'Ring of
truth'. They start a wrestling match which ends only submission or either of
them confession. How ever, judge could abort a mach if he/she thinks there is
no way to get equitable conclusion. You can imagine wrestling mach between 400
pounds (180 kg) heavily muscled amazon and slim 110 pounds (50 kg) man. There
is no questions who will be submissive (very soon!). If judge abort the match,
then case came to Council, which decide who was right. Council's judgment cant
complain.

There was also professional wrestler/judge, kind of prosecutor who take a
place of opponent when there was only one side of the case. They were usually
big and strong women, but there was also some men as professional
wrestler/judge. Because of the size difference between men and women there
could be inequality. That's why every match has an objective judge, who decide
if match result was equitable or not. Judge could be anyone who was get
certification from Council. To get certification people needs only go to a
short course, which help them to be objective and made concludes. Judge for
every mach raffled between dozens of candidates individually, so no one could
get judge for personal reasons.

Of course you can made a confession of your crime to Council, which then made
a judgment and order your punishment right away.

Land of amazons

There was one big difference between men and women of Aquarie. Women was
naturally athletic and always bigger than men. It was very easy to them build
muscles. There was no full growth woman under 7 feet (213 cm). Men on the
other hand men was mostly between 5 to 6 feet. (152 to 183 cm) That means at
the woman could be easily full 2 feet (61 cm) taller than the man. That means
at women could easily weight well over 300 pounds (140 kg) and men weight just
110 to 150 pounds (50 to 70 kg).

Bodybuilding and weight lifting were very popular sport activities on Aquarie.
Especially women were interested to build up their muscles. There was lot of
gyms and health clubs on Aquarie. Most of them were full of trainers all the
time. Other sports, like wrestling and boxing were popular too. There was all
kind of matches. Between males, between females and mixed. Of course those
mixed matches were more or less just an exhibition matches.

Two kind of people

There was two kind of people on Aquarie. Citizens, all free people. And
slaves. All slaves has to served every citizen who gave them an order.
Personal slaves primarily obey their masters, but if they don't have any
particular job at the moment, they have to obey and serve any citizen.

There was couple of categories of respective based to ages of people, both
citizens and slaves. First there was youngsters, under 18 year old. Then came
young adults, under 30 year old. Finally there was adults, all over 30 year
old people. Youngsters should obey both young adults and adults. Young adults
should obey adults. For example: 18 year old slave should obey 20 year old
slave and all citizens, but he/she could give an order to 16 year old slave.

Of course there was children, all under 14 year old. There wasn't slave or
citizen children, just a children. Children has only limited mastery to
slaves. Adult or young adult (slave or citizen) could order a slave to obey a
child. Slave don't need to obey all commands from the child, even if he/she
was order to obey him/her. Slave could use his/her own consideration if some
order was reasonable or not.

Economy

There is no money on Aquarie. Most of the goods and services were free. Then
there was exchange trade. People could exchange goods to services.
