learning to love each other - part 1

phoenix productions focused on making independent films.  it's director
kevin johnson, had inherited a fortune from his family, so he could
afford to make any movie he wanted.  kevin was an eccentric by nature,
and he despised the kind of movies
that hollywood made, so he had made the focus of his company on movies
that would be different from the main stream.
one night, while soaking in his bathtub, he was thinking about how to
make a movie that would be different.  he finally had an idea :  how
about a movie that involved both american and foreign actors and
actresses ?  he liked the idea very much and decided to build on it.
his company had a website where his potential films would be
advertised, and aspiring actors and actresses could upload their
resumes and photos.

He decided that his latest movie would be a romantic drama where the
the actors would be from america, and the actresses would be from
overseas.  On january first, he created the page for his future movie
with the introduction :  "romantic drama with an international
flavor", and he waited for people to upload their pictures and
resumes.  the deadline for uploading was april first.  he patiently
waited the next three months, until about 100 actors and actresses
submitted their information.

on april second, kevin started to scan through the pictures of
everyone, and put aside the ones he liked.  he made his initial
selection by simply looking at everyone's face.  he was looking for
faces that were very visually pleasing.    he finally narrowed down
his choice to about twenty pictures that he really liked.  next, he
started at looking at their details, such as country of origin,
experience, height, etc.  the resume's of two women caught his eye :
mina and rina, and they were both from india.  mina's pictures showed a
very beautiful woman, who had extremely feminine features with
very long black hair, an oval face,
light brown skin, long eyebrows and eyelashes, large light brown eyes,
a strait nose, high cheek-bones, full lips, perfect white teeth, a
long graceful neck, full
breasts, a narrow waistline, and long graceful legs.  she was 25 years
old, and seemed full-figured, but definitely not overweight or fat.
what startled kevin about her was her height of 6' 5".  in reality,
mina had been born into an upper-class indian family, and her father
had been a basketball player.  she was a very talented actress but
unfortunately, being 6' 5" tall and weighing 240 pounds,  she was way
too tall and big for the indian film industry.  so
she had thought of applying as an actress for american films.  she was
almost out of hope when she submitted her resume online for phoenix
productions, but decided to give it one last try before calling it
quits. next, kevin foused on rina's application and he saw that rina
was 26, and to his astonishment she was also extremely tall, at a
height of 6 6" tall !  in terms of appearance, rina looked very
similar to mina, except that she had green eyes, and brown hair.
again, being that tall and in her case weighing 250 pounds, rina was
again way too big and tall for any kind of movie career in india.  again, rina
had come from an upper class family, and was about to give up on being
an actress, but had decided to give it one last try.

next kevin looked at the resume of the men.  for this movie, kevin
wanted males that looked the exact opposite of the females :  men with
extremely masculine and chiseled features.  two resumes caught his
eye this time, those of michael and tom.  michael was 28 years old and
from america.  michael had light brown hair, blue eyes, was clean
shaven, and had the typical north american causasian look, and was
slim.   kevin was again surprised to see that michael was very
short, at only 5' 3" tall. in reality, michael had had mina's and
rina's exact opposite problem,  he was a very talented actor, it was
that being 5' 3" tall and weighing only 120 ponds, he was just way too
small and short for hollywood.  The next picture that
kevin saw was the of tom.  he was 29 yaers old, had blonde hair and
brown eyes, and also the typical north american cuacasian look, and
also of a slim build.
at only 5' 4" tall and 125 pounds he too had been way to small for hollywood.
both michael and tom were almost out of hope, but they too had decided to
give it one last try.

after some brainstorming kevin decided on the main plot of his next movie :
two very feminine looking, tall and full-figured indian actresses in a
movie with two very masculine looking, short and slim american actors,
who meet, and despite their initial reservations, learn to love each-other.
that night, kevin sent emails to them telling them that they had been
selected for his next movie, and that they were to meet in los angles
on may first for the start of filming.
