Blood is Thicker...5 Downtown John stands at a payphone in his human form, talking to Richard Smythe in England. "We'll get there as soon as we can!" Richard says. "I'll round up the rest of the family!" "You better get here fast, the shit has hit the fan!" John says. "Try not to worry John...everything will be..." Suddenly the line goes dead. "Richard?" John says. "RICHARD?! HELLO?!" Richard also could not explain why the line suddenly goes dead. Just then he hears something from outside, it sounded like a helecopter. He looks out the window to see three helecopters flying towards the castle, all of them armed as if they were going to war. They open fire upon the castle, Richard dives back in for cover. John hangs up the phone, he too suddenly hears a helecopter approaching. He looks up and sees two of them. He runs down the street, but out of nowhere in a blue flash a house drops in front of him blocking the way. He runs down an alley, but police cars await at the end. John climbs a ladder onto a roof, one of the helecopters is there and opens fire. John runs with streams of bullets behind him. He leaps from one building's roof to another with the chopper close behind. John sees a door and runs to it, but without warning someone kicks the door out and hits him, knocking him back over twenty feet. The helecopter then breaks it's pursuit. A dazed John looks up to see a figure walk out of the doorway. He was tall and muscular with chalk-white skin and short grey hair. He wore black leather and has two robotic hands, he also has a large robotic left eye red in color. He gazes at John with hate. "ZAHN!" John says. "I'm so glad you remember me Mr. Davis!" Macus Zahn says then holds up his robotic left hand which John originally had severed. "I of course....remember YOU!" The knuckles of hands crackle with electricity as he runs forward. John get's up but quickly Macus punches him in the gut, then the face, then a backhand knocking John to the ground. With each punch John could feel surges of electricity burning in his body. He falls to the concrete roof. "Normally I would charge an arm and a leg for this." Macus says standing over John. "But your head on my wall will be payment enough!" He brings his hand down again but John moves out of the way, he smashes the concrete instead. John changes into his demon form, his clothes change also to fit him. He stands with his fists up ready for the fight. "I've been upgrading!" Zahn says. "There's no way you can beat me!" He swings but John blocks his punches. "I've waited for this for a long time!" Zahn says. "Your death will be a triumph! You will be my greatest..." John connects to Zahn's face, knocking him back. "You talk too much!" John says. Macus then hits a button on his cybernetic right arm. John hears something coming from the sky, he see's a vehicle flying in fast, firing energy weapons at him. One hits, knocking John off the roof and to the street below. The vehicle pulls up to Zahn, it was a large vehicle resembling a motorcycle, but with no wheels. Instead it has large jet engines and huge guns pointing out the front. Zahn hops on it and revs the engine. John flies off and Zahn gives chase, firing at him. Mariette sees from the ground, she smiles. She holds a large rat in either hand, she sets them on the ground and with her powers she makes them grow, bigger and bigger until they were the size of large dogs. Their teeth grew long and sharp and their eyes glowed red. "Find little doggy!" Mariette tells them. "KILL little doggy!" The two rats run off, in search of Jeepers. Jeepers was hiding down an alleyway, not sure of what to do. Suddenly a smell comes across her nose, something truly rancid and evil. She's scared, she trembles with fear. She smells the evil getting closer and closer. She runs out of the alley, but suddenly hears something behind her. She looks to see the two huge rats with eyes glowing red one hundred feet behind her. Jeepers screams and runs in terror as the two rats pursue. Jeepers runs past people, who look in curiosity, but they then scream as the rats run past. Morgalla's cell Morgalla stretches her arms underneath her body and legs, moving her cuffed hands to the front. She then hears voices coming down the hall, and stands next to the door. The door then opens and Agent Benson comes back in with two minions. She lets Agent Benson pass and one minion. As soon as Benson realizes she's not in front of him, she slamms the door shut onto the second minion, she then kicks the other minion in the head. Benson reaches for his gun but Morgalla is too quick as she kicks him in the genitals and then backhands him in the face. All three are knocked out cold on the floor as she searches them for keys. She finds them and unlocks her handcuffs. She could not explain it, but as soon as she get's the handcuffs off her powers return. She was NOT on holy ground, but the cuffs were magical in some way! At a restaurant's bar Wally and Jazzmine are at the bar enjoying some non-alcoholic drinks. "Well my dad is white, and my mom is black." Jazzmine says, continuing their conversation. "They got a bit of static for it, this being a conservative town and all. What about YOUR parents?" "They're kind of a conservative couple." He says. "Oh." She replies and looks away. "So I guess they might have a problem with a girl like me huh?" "Oh no!" Wally says. "At least I don't THINK so! I think they would be happy if I just brought home a woman and not a GUY!" They both laugh. John was flying as fast as he could away from Macus Zahn who was close behind, firing his craft's weapons at him, just barely missing. There was another bright blue flash and a car falls from the sky and both John and Macus just barely avoid getting hit by it. Macus flies right above John and leaps off of his vehicle. He tackels John and the both land in the parking lot of a restaurant, the same place that Wally and Jazzmine were having dinner. Wally and Jazzmine's backs were facing a large window, outlooking the parking lot where John and Macus were now fighting. "My mom buys a lot of paintings off of other artists." Wally says. "And pretty much the only time her paintings are bought are by other artists in her classes!" They both laugh again. "You should see our house! The walls are covered with amature paintings!" Macus punches John. "At least your mom does what she loves." Jazzmine says. John punches Macus back. "Yeah that's a point." Wally says. Macus gets John in a headlock. "Look at it THIS way," Jazzmine says "Your mom is getting immortality with her work! Something that will be around long after she's gone!" John fights against Macus and they head towards the restaurant window. People start to notice and back away. "There's only one problem with immortality tough." Wally says. "You have to be DEAD to get it." Suddenly both Macus and John come crashing through the window, startling everyone. Wally looks and instantly notices John fighting some guy who he never saw before. Zahn pulls out a weird-looking gun and John grabs his hand. John and Macus are in a battle of strength to control it as the gun goes off and a beam of energy is shot towards the bar. Wally dives for Jazzmine, pushing her out of the way of the blast and just barely missing him too. They both land on the floor with him on top. Jazzmine was silent and startled at what just happened. She could not explain it but she was incredibly turned on by Wally saving her life. "Stay down!" John yells then looks right at Wally. "Run home!" He yells at him. "And stay there!" People run screaming out of the restaurant while John and Macus battle. "Come on!" Wally says taking hold of Jazzmine's hand and leading her out. Elsewhere Morgalla walks down the hallway of the building she's being held in. Every minion she came across quickly dies at her hands. It was as if she were being held in a basement somewhere, there were pipes all along the walls and ceiling. She breaks down every door she finds looking for her friends and daughter. She finds Andrea and Meggan in separate rooms also with handcuffs. "It's like the GOVERNMENT is against us!" Meggan says. "Worse." Morgalla says. "Did they do anything to you?" "Couple of insults, offered a deal too." Andrea says. "What kind of deal?" Morgalla asks. "They wanted ME so sign something in BLOOD!" Meggan says. "I said HELL NO!" "Me too." Andrea says. "This one bitch with red skin and wings said she'd spare all our lives if I signed something too in blood!" "You would have signed your souls over to them." Morgalla says. "They can torture you, kill you, do ANYTHING but have your soul so long as you say NO!" They continue walking through the hallways searching. "So they could have killed us, but at least our souls wouldn't have been theirs?!" Meggan asks. "They would have owned you for all eternity." Morgalla says. Both Meggan and Andrea hold each other's hand in fear at how close they came to that. "Why didn't they kill us then?" Andrea says. "She wants to own us." Morgalla says. "At first she wanted us dead, but we've pissed her off so badly she now wants to torture us for infinity!" "Who?!" Meggan asks. "The bitch with wings?!" "I can't say." Morgalla says. "Not now." "I can't beieve that this is..." Andrea says but is interrupted by Morgalla. "Shh." Morgalla says. "You feel that?" The two listen but sense nothing. "This way." Morgalla says. Soon the three of them hear a baby crying. Morgalla moves faster, trying to find the source. Finally they find a door and she kicks it down. There was a man and a woman standing there both dressed in surgical garb. There were surgical instruments on one table and the crying Melody on the other. The man looked as if he were about to perform surgury holding a scalpel in his hand. Morgalla looks at him as a predator to it's prey. Her eyes flame in rage as she grabs him and throws him against the wall. "You can't do this!" The nurse says. Morgalla shuts her up by stabbing her in the neck with a scalpel. She then walks over to the doctor and slams his head in the wall again and again and again until his blood is trickling down the brick. Meggan and Andrea look on in horror, they never saw Morgalla like this before. The half-demon then stops, the nurse dies quickly on the floor and Morgalla walks over her body to Melody on the table. Morgalla slowly picks up her daughter and holds her close and gently. It was odd though, as soon as Melody was in Morgalla's arms, she stopped crying. Somehow she knew she was safely in the arms of her mommy. Morgalla drops to her knees holding Melody. She cries tears of joy that her daughter was safe. "Uh....Morgalla?" Meggan says careful at what she says. "We should leave." They continue down one hallway, opening doors and kicking down locked ones. They find John's parents who were both in one room handcuffed. They were not hurt. "Morgalla!" John's mother says. "No time to explain let's get out of here!" Meggan says easily removing the handcuffs from them. "Did they offer you anything?" Morgalla asks in concern. "Yes." John's father says. "They said they would spare your lives if we signed." "DID YOU?!" Morgalla says. "No...we didn't believe them." Lois says. "Is John all right?!" "Yes, but we have to FIND him and quickly." Morgalla says. "Now let's go!" Jeepers Jeepers ran as fast as her little dog legs could carry her. The demonic rats were close behind and getting closer by the second. Based only on a hunch, Jeepers runs down one street and into a fenced area. Spent and tired she stops, the two demonic rats stop at the fence and look in at her. They both growl and snarl at her. Jeepers pants, out of breath as the rats slowly step up to her. But as soon as they step into the fenced area, they change back into their original selves. They didn't know about the cemetary. The two rats now smaller and weaker than Jeepers try to run back out but she gets between them and the exit. She chases them until they fall into a dug out grave, waiting for it's casket. The rats fall in and are trapped at the bottom, with that Jeepers leaves. The restaurant Everyone ran out of the restaurant and gathered in the parking lot. They could hear some crashes and other sounds coming out as John and Macus battle. Suddenly police cars pull up, officers step out along with Agents Mitchel and Wykowski. "All right everyone step back!" Agent Wykowski yells. Wally and Jazzmine were among the crowd. Wally with his powers could tell that not everything was right with the agents and police. "Look....uh...we should get the hell out of here!" Wally says to Jazzmine. "No arguement from ME!" She says. They get in her car and drive off, Wally didn't feel right about leaving John there alone but he did as John said. "This town is going to hell in a handbasket!" Jazzmine says. "You don't know how RIGHT you are." Wally replies. The agents and police surrounded the building. They could still hear sounds coming from inside. Then without warning John came crashing through one wall and out into the parking lot. Some officers approach him with guns drawn. "Get away from him!" Zahn yells at them stepping out of the large hole he just made. "He's mine!" John wipes blood away from his lip. "Hey!" Agent Mitchel yells at Macus. "He's needed alive!" "He is MY prey!" Zahn yells back. "I have orders to take him ALIVE dammit!" The agent yells. "To HELL with you AND your orders." Zahn says smirking, knowing that there was more to what he just said. "Who the FUCK do you think you are?!" Mitchel yells. Macus holds up his gun and points it at Mitchel's head. Agent Wykowski and the police all point their guns at Macus. "Someone you do NOT want to fuck with!" Zahn says. "If this guy shoots, you all take him down!" Mitchel orders. "I don't think so." Zahn says. All of them could hear something faint from the sky which got louder. It was Macus' vehicle flying down fast and firing it's energy weapons. They kill many of the cops and the others run for cover. Macus just stands there, his vehicle made sure not to hit him. He then turns to John.....who was gone. "Dammit!" Macus yells in anger. He then turns to Agent Wykowski who was trying to avoid from being hit. Macus points his gun at his head and blows it off. His lifeless body slumps to the ground. Elsewhere "ALL of them said no?" Delilah asks one human minion. "Yes." He says. "They all rejected our offers." "Give it time." Delilah says. "They will say 'yes' sooner or later. We must be patient." "Perhapse we need better convincing." Cynthia says. Mariette looks at Delilah, they were both curious. "Your idea?" Mariette asks Cynthia. "Kill everyone in the town." She replies. The two demons look at each other and then back at her. "You're SURE you were born human?" Delilah says. "But no longer." Cynthia says. "You're FROM this town are you not?" Mariette asks. "I have no love for it." Cynthia says. Delilah smirks, she likes the idea. She then turns to one minion F.B.I. agent. "Start killing people at random in the town." She says. "W...what?!" The minion says. "Kill....people....in.....the.....TOWN!" Delilah says losing her patience. "But...." The minion says but Delilah cuts him off....literally. Her claws slash across his throat and he falls lifeless. She then turns to the other minions in the room. They quickly leave in fear. "Good little apes!" Mariette says as they leave. Just then the phone rings, Cynthia walks up and answers it. "How goes things ladies?" Senator Prince says on the other end. "They go well." Cynthia says. "Though we have not had any signatures yet." "That's to be expected." The Senator says. "Humans can be so stubborn at times. But I'm sure sooner or later with the right persuation you'll convince them otherwise!" "We're going to start killing people at random." Cynthia says. "Ooo!" The Senator says in surprise, but smiles nevertheless. "You ARE a sick little bitch aren't you? What if they hit somenoe you know?" "So what if they do?" Cynthia says. The Senator laughs. "Listen..." She says wiping a tear of laughter away. "I gotta get to Washington. I leave everything to you ladies there. I'll swing by afterwards....okay?" "Yes my mistress." Cynthia says. Smythe Castle The entire Smythe Family were hiding within the castle. The choppers could see no one so they land and soldiers step out and appoach the castle. They break down the door and enter with machine guns out. They search the castle but find no one. Four of the soldiers enter a large chamber but find no one. "No bodies or blood either." One minion says. "Where the HELL are they?!" Suddenly Richard Smythe cancels an invisibility spell he had cast over his family. They were all standing close to him. The soldiers spin in shock to see them, as Richard casts a lightning bolt and shocks all of the soliers. They fall to the ground. Rebecca Smythe walks up to one soldier who was barely conscious. She grabs him by the neck. "WHO send you?!" She demands. John and Morgalla's home Jeepers makes it home, she was extremely tired. She sniffs the air for danger, but suddenly smells her mom. Morgalla and the others land to the ground. Meggan was carrying Walter Davis and Andrea was carrying Lois. "MOM!" Jeepers says in pleasant surprise. Morgalla lands and pets her dog, Jeepers licks her nose. "Baby, thank god you're all right!" Morgalla says in relief. "Hurry, we gotta get re-enmforcements!" Meggan says. There was a sound though, one of a helicopter approaching. They look to see one off in the distance. There's a sound of a cannon on the chopper and a missile fires from it and destroys John and Morgalla's home. They all hit the dirt as Melody starts crying. "Here, take her!" Morgalla says giving Melody to Lois. Morgalla takes off and flies straight at the chopper, it then quickly falls to the ground as burning wreckage. Morgalla then lands again. "There go the transporter stones!" Andrea says. Wally and Jazzmine Jazzmine drives Wally back to his home. They were both silent and sat there a moment. "That...sure was something weird back there huh?" Wally says. "Not weirder than the usual crap that happens in this town." Jazzmine replies. There's a moment of silence. "Thank you." Jazzmine says. "For what?" Wally asks. "For saving my life." She replies. "And for being nice." She reaches over and kisses him on the cheek. "You're welcome." Wally says. "I'm sorry, but I really gotta go. Drive home safe and stay indoors okay?" "Sure." She says. "I know to be careful in THIS town, what with all the vampires and crap i them!" "How do YOU know about vampires?!" Wally asks shocked that she knew about them. Jazzmine reaches into her jacket pocket and pulls out a crucifix. "Trust me, I KNOW!" She says. She let's him off and drives for home. As soon as she's out of sight Wally then transforms into his demon self and flies off. He flies towards John and Morgalla's home, the closer he gets he sees smoke and fire from what he thinks is their home. Fearing the worse he flies as fast as he can there. He get's there to find the others. They were sitting on what was left of their lawn. All of their faces long, their mood melancholy. "Wally!" Andrea says in joy as he lands. Wall looks on in shock at what was left of their home. "What in god's name is going on?!" Wally asks. "War." Meggan says. "Where the hell have YOU been?!" "Long story." Wally says. "I just saw John fighting some guy miles away!" "You saw John?!" Morgalla says looking up. "Yes." John says flying down. Morgalla gets up and hugs him, as does his parents. "Those bastards blew up our house?!" John says angrily. "We weren't able to save much." Morgalla says. "But I WAS able to save this!" Morgalla points to Prodigy's invention. "Okay, we need a brilliant plan!" Meggan says. "I tried calling Richard and the others. I got cut off." John says. "We have Morgalla's half-sisters, Macus Zahn, some unknown guys from the government, AND the police against us!" "Zahn is back?" Morgalla asks. "That ugly man who tried to kill us?" Lois asks. "Yes...hold on a sec..." John says trying to think of a plan. They're all silent for a moment, all of them try to brainstorm a brilliant idea. Then there is a bright flash of blue light from the sky and a ten-story building falls on the street with a tremendous crash. They all look at it, then look at each other. Morgalla shrugs. "I for one have given up on trying to figure out some of the crap that happens in this town!" Walter Davis says. "Okay I have an idea!" John says. "Wally, you take my parents, Jeepers and Melody back to their home and guard them!" "If it's all the same," Wally replies "I'd rather take them to MY parents home, so I can watch all of them!" "Oh, good idea." John says. "Meggan and Andrea will deal with any police and feds we run into. Those guys have some high-tech gear so be careful!" "They won't catch us off-guard again!" Meggan says. "I'll take care of my sisters." Morgalla says, a frown still on her face. "They out-number you." Andrea says. "Trust me, I have the advantage." Morgalla says. "They only have HALF a soul." Downtown Springdale The mayor arrives in the downtown area with many of the people who work for him. "Saunders!" He yells at the chief of police. "What the HELL is going on here?!" "I'm following orders YOU gave me!" The chief yells back. "I'm doing whatever the FUCK that guy is telling me!" The chief points to Agent Benson, who was just standing there. He was trembling slightly and was silent. There was much on his mind. "That guy looks like he's lost his mind!" The mayor says to Saunders. "Who's his superior?!" "I don't know, I THINK his superiors are HERE in town but I've yet to see them!" "Hey!" The mayor yells at Benson. "HEY! I'm talking to you!" The mayor walks up and turns Benson around. "I want some FUCKING answers and I want them NOW!" The mayor demands. "What's the point?" Benson says. "We're all doomed!" Benson wanders off and mumbles to himself. The mayor looks back at Saunders. "Okay, no more taking orders from the FEDS!" The mayor says. Delilah, Mariette, Cynthia and the other federal minions were all looking from a distance at what was happening. "Pick a target." Delilah says to one minion. The agent holds up his weapon and fires it, killing the mayor instantly. Everyone look in shock and horror to see the demons standing there. Then Macus Zahn flies down on his vehicle. He lands next to them. "Report." Delilah says to him. "Davis has illuded me for the moment." He says. Delilah sighs and turns to a minion. "Kill a couple more." Delilah says. "That should get some attention." Suddenly Meggan and Andrea in their demon forms fly down and grab the police chief and a couple of innocent people. They fly them to safety. Delilah and the others look on in shock and anger. "Kill EVERYONE in this town!" Delilah screams. "Delilah!" Morgalla yells. They turn to see Morgalla standing over fifty feet away. "The prey comes to us." Mariette says. "This will all end if you surrender to us Morgalla!" Delilah yells. Morgalla stands there, her fists clenched. Delilah, Mariette, Cynthia and Macus all stand side by side. "We'll handle this." Delilah says to a minion. "Go kill every human you see!" Suddenly out of nowhere John tackles Zahn and they crash into a building. With the other three distracted Morgalla charges at them fast. She punches Mariette and kicks Delilah, the two demons fall back. "WHAT are you?!" Morgalla asks Cynthia. "I first thought you were just a bitch, but now I see you're MORE than that!" "Oh yes!" Cynthia says and smiles. Delilah tackles Morgalla to the ground, Morgalla flips her off and she crashes through a building. Morgalla gets to her feet as Mariette then attacks, her claws slashing but Morgalla sucessfully blocks them. Cynthia yawns, she decides to see how Macus and John are doing. She walks through the hole John made, hearing him and Macus fighting. Both men had bloody noses, they were breathing heavily. "I've...I've been upgrading Davis!" Zahn says with a mean look. He takes a swing but John blocks him and get's him in a headlock. "And I've been practicing!" John says. John punches him in the face and he falls back to the ground. John then turns to see Cynthia. "Hello John." Cynthia says. "So good to see you again!" John looks confused, he never met Cynthia before. "I know what you're thinking." She says. "Who the hell is she? Well you haven't MASTERED your powers as I have! You can only alter your form in minor ways, but I can assume ANY form I want!" She walks around him as she talks, until finally her back is to him. Macus was nursing his bloody nose and trying to get back up. "Who the HELL are you?!" John asks. "How quickly..." Cynthia says, her form slowly changing as she turns to face John. "...you forget....ME!" John's jaw drops at the person he sees. "No..." John says in disbelief. Cynthia is now in her TRUE form......
